Domestic Energy Performance Certificates
The domestic EPC is an integral part of the home buying and selling process and in addition is a legal requirement for houses which are marketed for rent. Energy ratings are provided on a similar system to that utilised in the sale of household goods with categories based on the energy efficiency and carbon emissions of a dwelling.
Our qualified assessors will advise on measures to reduce emissions and increase energy efficiency in order to ensure running costs are kept to a minimum.
Commercial Energy Performance Certificates
Like their domestic counterparts, an EPC is required upon marketing for sale or rent of all commercial buildings. These certificates are graded dependent on the complexity of the building:
We pride ourselves on the quality of our fully accredited Energy Surveyors who are resourceful, pragmatic and personable.
